Irene Primary School hosts an Annual Moonlight Fun Run, which usually takes place in October during a full moon. This event attracts crowds into our little village. The Irene community wholeheartedly supports this event and come out in numbers to participate. Residents light lanterns outside their homes. The cheer and team spirit is a delight to behold!
Come and experience this community event with us. All are welcome friends and families, neighbours and pets. We require sponsorships for banners, marketing the Fun Run, refreshments, T-shirts for parking marshals and various prizes. Free Entry: Wheelchair, Disabled & dogs on a leash are welcome.
